From AI chatter to AI that quietly gets work done.
We help organisations decide where AI fits, build the right solution, and put it into use — behind your team, or in front of your customers. Two founders with 25+ years of software engineering each, doing the work themselves.
The boring work, handled in minutes.

We can take it from a first question to production.
Founder-led, end to end
You talk to the engineers writing the code. The people who scope the work are the people who deliver it, and they stay with it from the first call to handover.
Software engineers first
25+ years each shipping production software — enterprise, government, startups. We’ve been integrating systems long before they had “AI” in the name.
In it for the change
We started ShoreLogic because the gap between what AI can do and what organisations have actually put into use is enormous. We close it for Australian organisations, one system at a time.
AI that chats vs AI that works.
Both are useful. One answers a person. The other coordinates a workflow around clear rules, existing systems and deliberate human checkpoints.
The agent reads, decides and acts across every system at once. You get the outcome, not the legwork.
Approvals, exceptions and high-impact decisions stop at clear checkpoints.
Common ways AI helps, not a fixed catalogue
Start with whichever sounds closest to your need. A solution may combine several categories, and when a build is needed it is designed around your organisation rather than forced into a standard package.

- →From product idea to market
From an idea to a working solution.
Start with an idea, a problem or a defined project. We can advise, build and take what we build into production, with each stage scoped to what you need.
A clear way forward
We clarify where AI can help, assess feasibility and risk, and shape a practical strategy, roadmap or governance approach. Advice can stand alone or lead into delivery.
Built around your needs
We design and build the right AI solution, connecting it with the systems and data your organisation already uses. Senior software engineers stay close from architecture through implementation.
Ready for real use
We take what we build into production with ShoreLogic-managed hosting, or deploy it to your preferred environment. Training, documentation and handover are scoped to what your team needs.
If real hours go into moving information around, we can help.

The questions everyone asks us in the first call.
It depends on scope, and we’d rather say that than quote a number we invented. What we do commit to: the scope and the date are agreed before any work starts, so you’re never waiting to find out. We push for a first build small enough to reach production early, because a system people are actually using tells you more than another month of planning.
Yes — that can be the whole engagement. An opportunity assessment, an AI strategy, a roadmap or a governance approach is a normal thing to buy from us, and it doesn’t commit you to building anything afterwards. Because the same engineers would be the ones building it, the advice tends to be specific about cost, effort and risk.
Usually not. Most of what we build connects to systems you already run — your CRM, accounting tool, email, document store — so they work together and nobody has to be the glue between them. Where a system is genuinely holding you back, we’ll say so and explain what changing it would cost. That’s a recommendation, not a condition.
We design for it. Deployment goes wherever your obligations point — your cloud account, ours, or on-premise. We choose models and commercial terms so your data isn’t training anyone else’s system, and role-based access is in the design from day one. Between us we’ve delivered into government and regulated environments, so the questions your risk team will ask aren’t new to us.
No. The goal is to take the work that nobody likes off their plate — chasing, copying, reconciling — so they can do the work that needs a person. We’re not in the business of cutting headcount. We’re in the business of giving the people you already have their week back.
Good. Messy processes are where AI earns its keep. Part of the first phase is cleaning up the steps that are worth keeping and removing the ones that exist because someone left in 2019.
Usually us, if you want that. ShoreLogic-managed hosting is the simplest path to production and the one we’d normally suggest. If your obligations or preferences point elsewhere, we deploy into your environment instead — your cloud account or on-premise. Maintenance, optimisation and further development are scoped and agreed separately in either case.
We scope and price the first project up front, so you know the number before we start rather than watching a meter run. What happens after go-live — support, hosting, further work — is agreed as part of that proposal, not assumed.
We design for it. The fast-moving parts (models, prompts) are isolated from the parts that shouldn’t move (your data, integrations, business rules), so keeping current is a configuration change, not a rebuild. Who handles that maintenance — your team or ours — is agreed per engagement.
A casual call about where AI fits in your organisation.
30 minutes, no obligation. Tell us what’s slowing your team down, or where you think AI might fit. We’ll tell you whether it’s the right tool — and if it is, what we’d build.
